General

  • Treat everyone with respect — no harassment, hate speech or toxic behaviour.
  • No spam, excessive mentions, or unnecessary pinging.
  • No advertising or self-promotion without staff approval.
  • Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Hosting

  • No malware, phishing pages, viruses, or other malicious content.
  • No DDoS attacks, network abuse, or disrupting infrastructure or other users.
  • No illegal activity or distribution of illegal content.
  • Do not exploit, bypass, or interfere with DragonCloud's systems or security.

Fair usage & support

  • Don't intentionally abuse CPU, RAM, disk, or network resources.
  • Keep your server secure and updated — you're responsible for its content.
  • One ticket per issue, and please be patient with staff.
Breaking the rules can lead to a warning, service suspension, service termination, or a Discord ban. DragonCloud may update these rules at any time.

Refund Policy

Please read before purchasing

Refunds are not given for

  • Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase.
  • Change of mind, accidental purchases, or no longer needing the service.
  • Services already delivered, installed, configured, or completed.
  • Custom services — plugins, setups, configs, models, maps, scripts, domains.
  • Issues our team is able to fix or resolve.
  • Problems caused by third-party plugins, providers, or user modifications.

Refunds may be approved if

  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The service has not been started or delivered.
  • DragonCloud is unable to deliver or resolve the purchased service.
Chargebacks or false payment disputes result in a permanent blacklist and immediate termination of all services. Purchasing from DragonCloud means you agree to this policy.
